Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born at the 15th of August in 1994 USA. Even though Ashley hasn't been vocal about her parents she has credited her grandfather with the spark that ignited her desire to exercise because he was a well-known bodybuilder throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. Over the next 10 years she continued taking classes. Although she entered many contests however she was never committed enough to stick to a routine that would enable her body to function at the highest level. It's believed that Ashley was popular during high school for her beautiful looks and curvy shape. However, it's not established if Ashley dated during this time. Ashley made the decision to concentrate on becoming a models and fitness model after finishing her studies. Ashley recognized that she didn't like her appearance at the age of 15. Her father encouraged her to exercise. But she took the advice of her grandfather to start slowly. What she didn't know was that she would spend nine years sculpting her body as she grew into an exercise idol. The joy of her win Ashley competed in at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. When she competed in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships where she placed seventh. found herself motivated by her performance in her perception of an undeserved defeat, and decided to push herself even further. Ashley was back at the 2015 WBFF World Championships where she was awarded 5th place. After the competition was over, Ashley made a decision that she did not want to compete. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time competing, but didn't want to mix careers, however after she had stopped competing, she decided to turn into an exercise model. The magazine she was on featured her cover in a well-known fitness publication that launched her career as a fitness model. She signed with an agency shortly after. The model has now become popular as a model and has appeared for many bikini companies and internationally renowned clothing firms.
